| Happy 1st Birthday to my precious niece, Normandie!Happy 1st Birthday to my precious niece, Normandie! We celebrated her birthday yesterday at a beautiful park. She had no idea what was going on but she wasn't about to complain about all the hugs and kisses and attention. I can't believe how fast a year flew by but it was a year filled with lots of laughter and its amazing to think how much this one adorable girl has affected all our lives...for the better! I cannot wait to celebrate her birthday each year with her. |

| Just got back last night from an amazing 2nd trip to Canada (with the hubby this time)! There's definitely something to be said about an environment making a big difference in how one feels.
Of course, any vacation is relaxing but even J agreed that people in Canada just seemed to be less worried or stressed out. Life is truly very fast paced here. You definitely feel the weight lifted once you are in Canada. We're bummed to be back but at least we know where to go to when we feel like we need a quick getaway from this crazy life (and its not that bad of a drive at all!) We hope you enjoy the photos!
